As a sponsor, you will be able to increase the visibility and your product awareness within a circle of well-known professionals, hear about recent innovations and meet the researchers behind them, network with other industry representatives, and enjoy the interactive panel discussions at our conferences.

Package A
CO-HOST OF THE EVENT
The Co-Host Sponsorship is the most privileged sponsorship status that a sponsoring organization can acquire. An event can have only one Co-Host Sponsor. It contains sponsorship elements uniquely offered to the Co-Host, which are:
- 9m2 exhibition stand including a skirted table, 2 chairs and power supply
- 2 complementary vendor tickets (full conference tickets)
- Sponsoring company identified as the exclusive partner of the event
- Opportunity to delegate 1 member to the organizing committee
- Opportunity to give the conference opening speech
- Having 1 key speaking slot (case study or research/development result)
- Full marketing integration – inclusion of company logo, profile and speaker profile on all promotional materials and the event website
- Inclusion of company logo on stationary items: bags, mouse pads, etc.
- 5 complementary delegate tickets for partners or customers of the sponsor
- Having the option to provide unlimited wish-list for personal invitations
Package B
PARTNER OF THE EVENT
As the partner of the event your company can benefit from all aspects of the program development and related conference organization areas.

- Sponsoring company identified as the partner of the event
- Having 1 speaking slot (case study or research/development result)
- Opportunity to give a welcome speech on the 2nd day of the conference
- Full marketing integration – inclusion of company logo, profile and speaker profile on all promotional materials and the event website
- Opportunity to sponsor coffee breaks – increase visibility through brochures and merchandising material at the coffee breaks over the entire event
- 3 complementary delegate tickets for partners or customers of the sponsor
- 3 discounted (50%) delegate tickets for partners or customers of the sponsor
- Having the option to provide unlimited wish-list for personal invitations
- Acknowledgement at the opening ceremony

Package G
GIFT SPONSOR
A small gift bag with your logo on it is a very unique and one of the most sympathetic ways to present your company. You can be creative about the content and put together an individual and special gift for the attendees of the event. The gift bags are given out at registration by your staff or our conference coordinator.

WORKSHOP SPONSOR

Besides the pre-set sponsorship packages described above, ICST conferences also offer general group attendee discounts up to 10% in case of 10 to 20 attendees and 15% for 20 or more attendees. For sponsoring organizations the discount rate doubles.
